Aesthetic Dental Associates, Inc. provides a detailed, written plan on all costs after the patient has chosen their course of treatment.  Treatment can be sequenced to meet a patients budget.  You will be assisted in the understanding of your benefits and the use of a flexible spending account to assure maximum benefit to you.

Treatment plans and financial payment plans are subject to change through the year.  Estimated costs are subject to change during treatment, only if changes in your dental health arise and additional treatment becomes necessary.  At that time, your provider will educate you of the necessity of the change, and our Treatment Coordinator will inform you of any fees associated with the change.  Your treatment plan and fees will be honored for six months from the day it is presented to you.  We ask that you begin treatment with six months from the day of presentation because your dental health can and will change.  Most treatment plans are completed within a twelve month period.
